Return Policy

We want every customer to enjoy Pulse, but there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. Hence, we offer a 14 day return policy so you can return. All returns must be in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received it. Any refund doesn’t include the shipping charged for sending the items to you. Any return for a refund to the original form of payment will be subject to shipping and handling fee to cover the return shipping costs. In case you wish to receive the return in form of a gift-card, the return and handling will be waived.  We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size you must return the item and place a new order. Merchandise may not be worn, altered or washed, must be in original condition including tags attached without ever been removed. All returns must be free of make-up, tanning products and deodorant as we will not accept garment that have stains from trying on.  Every item is subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet above requirements. Please allow up to 10 days from Monday-Friday from the date your return is delivered to process your return.

All items marked final sell, including items on sell is non-refundable.

Please allow up to 5 processing days (Monday - Friday) to process orders before they are shipped.



DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping - USPS or FedEx Ground (2 to 5 Business Days once processed).

Expedited Shipping - FedEx One Rate (2 Business Days once processed). 

Overnight Shipping - FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day once processed). Orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday – Friday). To request same day shipping, please email hello@shoptanlines.com.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and Taxes collected at Checkout. All orders shipped DDP.

International: 2 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday) via FedEx International Economy once processed.
